We install both in-ground shotcrete(gunite) pools and spas and modern inground liner pools.  We do not install fiberglass pools.

Most of our pool projects take 2-3 months from start to finish and that includes bare ground to finished sod and swimming.  We have done it in under 5 weeks though, but we can't make any guarantees.  

Most cities/townships take 3-5 weeks to get us the permit but it can take a little longer depending on engineering and zoning appeals.  

We take a 5% deposit prior to submitting for permits.  

We get work done before we take any additional money.  All payments are scheduled based on the amount of work we have performed and are strictly adhered to in the contract.

Yes.  Indigo Pool and Spa is a Michigan assumed name of Giant Contracting Services, Inc.  which has been a licensed builder since 2008.  The principal and qualifying officer is also a builder as required.

The Principal owner is a Certified Advanced Pool Builder Professional per the standards set forth by The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA), the world’s oldest and largest association representing the swimming pool, spa, and hot tub industry.
